Why I Own It
I bought Viking because it owns the one cruise customer few rivals can serve — affluent travelers who pay full fare and prepay a year ahead. The bet is yield-led growth from a real pricing-power brand, not just added ships. I am accepting the risk that net debt, flagged as finance leases only, is far higher than $1.78B. I would sell if the 10-K shows real debt near $8B.
